The development & ongoing support of this website has been donated in loving memory of our son Brady Patrick Shelbourn.
Brady was diagnosed with Down syndrome in the mid-term of my pregnancy. Many people are aware of Down syndrome but unaware of the health related concerns that effect both children and adults with Down syndrome. Brady suffered from a complicated heart defect and on October 7, 2005 he surrendered his fight for life.
We were so blessed to be Brady’s parents and we could not foresee a better way to honor his life than be lending our support to other families that live with Down syndrome.
We encourage anyone that has had Down syndrome touch their lives to donate now.

Memorial or In Honor Of Gifts - Gifts to ODSPN in memory or honor of a loved are wonderful ways to honor their life. In the case of a memorial it is also a thoughtful and caring way to express sympathy while sharing concern for an important cause.
Upon making a memorial or an honor donation, ODSPN will notify the family or individual of your thoughtfulness. Download our
Individual Donation Form.
Matching Gifts -Many employers sponsor matching gift programs to support their employees’ charitable giving.
This is a great way to double the impact of your support of ODSPN. Please contact your employer or human resources department to find out if they have such a program.
Most companies match dollar for dollar, and some will even double or triple match donors' gifts. With such programs, the process is usually as easy as requesting a matching gift form from your employer. Please send the completed and signed form in with your next gift to ODSPN and we will do the rest. Just think - your donation, when matched, will help us go twice as far.
Buddy Walk - BUDDY WALKs were started in 1995 to help promote awareness and inclusion for persons with Down syndrome. The BUDDY WALK is for anyone who has Down syndrome, anyone who knows someone with Down syndrome and especially for those who want to show their support for any person who has a disability.
You can support ODSPN by participating in our annual Buddy Walk. You can offer financial support to a team, join a team and walk with us or start your own fundraising team. See our Buddy Walk page for more details.
